November Class Schedule

And in a blink of an eye…it is November. It has been a CRAZY start to another school year and that is where my focus has been. However, yoga has continued to be close to my heart and I am ready to get back at sharing classes with you! So here are the classes and the schedule for November. If you are so inclined, please share this schedule with anyone you think may be interested! Registration will begin later this week!

FREE Teacher Mindful Movement and Meditation – for those of you who may be educators, I am offering a 45 minute class geared to helping you get that self care that your administrators keep talking about (haha!). This class is FREE to all of my fellow educators because, let’s face it…we need to stick together! This class is for everybody and EVERY BODY!! – 7:30pm (Tuesday, November 2nd and Wednesday, November 17th)

Sunday Bliss Mindful Movement – Do you spend your weekend helping everyone else? Don’t have the Sunday Blues…move and stretch with Bliss! This class is a 60 minute mindful movement class that will help you to move, stretch, and relax. 7:00 pm (Sundays 11/7, 11/14, 11/21) $5 per class

Yin Yoga – Yin Yoga is a slow moving and meditative practice. In this practice, we hold the poses for 2-5 minutes in order to work the yin tissues. This practice is done mostly seated or laying down. Pillows, blankets and comfy clothing is a must! 7:00 pm (Monday 11/8 and 11/15) $5 per class

Morning Meditation – Need a better way to start your day? Join me for a 30 minute guided meditation on Wednesdays in November. 6:00 am (Wednesday 11/3, 11/10, 11/7, 11/24) $12 for series.

All classes are via zoom. Registration will begin on 10/27 on! Hope you can join me!
