Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well being. Regular practice improves your breathing and outlook on life.

Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance for other physical activities. After a workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching and strengthening.

Yoga not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity.

Online Classes

Currently, for the month of July, all online classes are FREE! Take advantage of some quiet time to refresh and recharge. All live classes are on Facebook Live in my private group. Classes are recorded and posted as well so that you can do them at your leisure. Click Here to request to be added to the private group!

Private Classes

Looking to work one on one? Get individualized instruction either online or at a location of your choice. Sessions start at $30 for a 90 minute session.

Group Classes and Workshops

Looking to do some yoga with friends? Need some yoga for a business retreat or other gathering? Group classes and workshops can be done online or in person. Get friends together for a virtual yoga happy hour, or treat your office to some relaxation. The options are endless!
